What if instead of trying to change everything at once, you made small changes you could really stick with? Instead of going on a juice fast, you could eat a new colorful vegetable every day this week. Instead of suffering through workouts you hate, you could find one you really love. Instead of trying to do everything all by yourself, you could find someone to join you on your health and fitness journey — and challenge each other to stick with the small changes you're making.
