A Workout Plan You Can Stick With I’ve been fortunate enough to help people from all walks of life get in shape. I’ve coached students, housewives, businessmen and everyone in between. And along the way I’ve found that those who successfully reach their goals all have something in common: they stick to a plan that is realistic for them.
Their workouts aren’t the hottest new routines or borrowed from their favorite fitness models; they’re something that fits in with their lifestyles and something they can enjoy. Of course, not every workout is going to feel like a walk in the park, but even if they feel tired, stressed or busy, each and every workout moves them one small step closer toward their goals.
And in the end, that’s all that matters. It’s those workouts that are going to make you fit. It’s those workouts that are going to help you get healthy. It’s those workouts that get results.
So instead of running yourself into the ground this year, how about making 2015 the year you find a great plan that you can realistically follow and stick with, like my squat challenge. Even better, why not get your friends and family involved and get moving together! | |
