A Challenge from Our Resident Nutrition Expert

As a Registered Dietitian, I firmly believe that good food is a gateway to good health, and when you prepare and cook meals at home, you have more control over the nutritional quality and overall healthfulness of the foods you eat.

When it comes to preparing healthy foods at home, meal planning is one of the easiest things you can do to set yourself up for success. So this week I'm issuing MyFitnessPal users a mini challenge: to plan one week of meals.
