An introduction to ACT CRM software and Prophet.
CRM, or customer relationship management, software is one of the most trusted sources for companies. Among the leading software programs for CRM is Prophet. Prophet does have its fair share of competition, though, one being ACT CRM software. ACT CRM software, although functional, does not have the accessibility and functional level that Prophet has to offer.
Not all features are accessible with ACT CRM software as it is with Prophet.
ACT CRM software is has been known to operate as a customer relationship management program. However, with ACT CRM software, there are many features that are not permissible, or are not even offered with the ACT CRM software program. This case does not hold true for Prophet. Unlike ACT CRM software, Prophet is leading the sales of CRM software because it has all of the materials that is needed to run a highly operational sales program.
ACT CRM software is not entirely operational through Outlook like Prophet is.
ACT CRM software is not fully operational through Outlook. Outlook, a program that is in many computers already, is what generates the programs for both ACT CRM software and Prophet. With ACT CRM software, though, there are limitations to the programs that can be run off of Outlook. Prophet, unlike the ACT CRM software, on the other hand, is fully functional through Outlook. ACT CRM software will call for additional software, and for reports to be generated outside of Outlook. In comparison to ACT CRM software, Prophet, has no need to work other programs outside of Outlook. Outlook is capable of working all of the functions through its system for Prophet, and does not need additional software. Many companies find this bothersome with ACT CRM software, as they do not wish to purchase additional software just to send a report. This is why Prophet has proven to be a top seller time and time again against the ACT CRM software competitor.
A comparison of ACT CRM software and Prophet.
When a company worker uses Prophet for the first time, they will see how much time and information can be saved with the program. This does not hold true for ACT CRM software. With ACT CRM software, functions can not be managed easily. This is especially true for such features as a client�s account information. A client�s account information on ACT CRM software is just as equally important as information that is stored in Prophet. With ACT CRM software, however, information on an account can not be saved directly in the Outlook section of a program. The information that is saved for a client with the ACT CRM software must then be transferred to Outlook through another source. Such actions in the ACT CRM software may result in many employers becoming frustrated, as they are having to do twice the work for one item. Compared to the ACT CRM software, Prophet�s software eliminates this problem, and, in turn, frees up time for companies to look for future sales with potential clie nts. Having additional sales for income is ultimately what every company is looking for. Although this is not feasible with ACT CRM software, it is with Prophet.
