To ensure your continued success, give the following tips and tricks a try:
- Use the My Meals feature to easily add foods you regularly eat together as a group to your MyFitnessPal diary.
- Update your diary to better reflect the way that you eat. If you eat several small meals a day, you can show more meals in your food diary - and vice versa.
- Go for a walk and earn more calories to eat today. Each time you log an activity, MyFitnessPal will adjust your Net Calorie goal accordingly.
